Dana is a very sweet rescue who is 2.5 years old. We adopted her when we were told we couldn’t have children without medical help and then had a miracle pregnancy! She is very sweet around my child but is very nervous around her. She doesn’t enjoy her and while I don’t think she would ever hurt her I think she deserves somewhere she is happy and comfortable. She gets anxious at loud sounds and can bark/growl at people at the door. She gets nervous around new people but warms quickly and is very happy to be social especially with people she knows. She does chase our cats a bit especially around meal time but has never hurt them. She loves the dog park/doggy daycare and plays well with other larger/medium dogs. She is very active and would do well with someone who wants a running/hiking/walking partner. She does need a little more leash training but is very receptive to training. Probably would do well with a good amount of space and no small children. She is a medium sized dog (about 45lbs). She is microchipped, spayed and is up to date on all her vaccinations. Have even done her DNA profile and she is a mix of boxer/pit/rot/terrier etc. She knows basic commands like sit/lay/leave it/crate/wait etc. she really just wants to be by her masters side and is the best companion!
