Tater is an adorable one and a half year old female Mastiff mix, up to date on vaccinations and spayed.

Basics:
– Very loving with her family, good with kids in the home, could do well with another confident dog in the home
– Has anxiety around people and new places, would need an owner who is willing to be patient and work hard on her training

What she loves and what she is good at:
– She loves most dogs, she would do well with a calm confident dog in the house who could help her build some confidence.
– Her people. Once you’re in, you’re in. She is a very wiggly worm when her humans get home (this can include men once she gets used to them, though hesitant at first). She is great with kids in the home and would very lovingly give them a nose boop.
-Belly rubs
– Tug
– The couch is her favorite place
– The beach, she loves to frolic and do zoomies in the sand.
-She knows sit, down, stay and wait. -She is incredibly well mannered in the house, never chews stuff that she shouldnt, doesnt get up on counters.
-Nature. For a short time, she had a backyard and it was her favorite place. Her ideal home would have lots of land to roam around on or a spacious backyard.

What she needs to work on:
– Strangers both in and out of the home.
-Out in the world is where her anxiety can come out and she will need an owner who is experienced in both being able to avoid triggers and slowly working on building up her confidence. She always walks much more curiously and confidently with multiple people in a pack or multiple dogs.
