Cockatiel in need of company and TLC

Hello, my name is Fuzzy.  I am an unaltered purebred, pedigreed Holland Lop rabbit and am three years old.  I am also am potty trained!  My current family took me in as a rescue when I was just a little guy when my other family thought I had too much hair for their liking.  They have been very good to me and I have had the pleasure of living indoors and playing in a rabbit run outdoors when the weather is nice.  I love salad and my alfalfa pellets and lots of hay.

One night, there was a really bad fire and my family grabbed me and my other rabbit friends and I haven’t been home since.  Apparently the fire burned my home and I have had to stay with a friend of theirs that just cannot give me the attention I need.  All my other rabbit friends have found wonderful homes, but no one seems to like my beautiful hair.  Under all this hair, I am a little guy.  I weigh only 4 pound which is pretty small for a rabbit.

I am looking for a family who might think I would be a wonderful therapy rabbit or someone who likes to have a pet on their lap to snuggle while reading or watching TV.  I love to sit on laps and get my hair brushed.  I am very nice, I do not bite, I do not scratch.  If I don’t get brushed, my hair gets matted and hay sticks to me and it is very uncomfortable so please be willing to do this for me every couple of days or at least once a week.  Besides letting me out to play, that is really all the help I need.    Oh, and I love kids! My family also has a three year old granddaughter who comes and plays with me all the time.

Please consider me when looking for a new rabbit.  I am healthy and fun and loving.  I cannot wait to meet you.  Please contact my current mom, Janeen, at so we can set up a time to meet.

Love, Fuzzy
