Violet is an amazing 6.5 yr old, 60lb, spayed, female German Shepherd. She was rescued from euthanasia after a 3 month stay in an animal shelter. The last 5 months she has lived with an 88 year old active woman and, due to unforeseen circumstances, needs to find a new home. Violet LOVES people and is happiest hanging out with her person or groups of family and friends. She is intelligent and learns quickly. She knows sit, down, come, heel, side, stay, and wait. She is housebroken and crate trained. Violet hasn’t decided if she likes other dogs, and is reactive on leash, however has made good progress with consistent daily training.
Violet will thrive in an adult home as an only pet. She will bring great joy to her human(s) and be as dedicated to them as they are to her. She’s guaranteed to steal your heart.
