Franklin is a sweet and sensitive boy looking for a special cat-savvy family who appreciates his shy nature. Although he’s always hiding, once you gain his trust, he has no problem making biscuits, leaning in for scritches, and may even show an once of bravery to lay in your lap. If you’ve got a quiet and easygoing home for Franklin, then come visit him at our Santa Rosa location or call (707)542-0882 to speak with an adoptions counselor for more information.
