Messi the Dog

Messi is named after one of the world’s most famous athletes, and he aspires to be an incredible dog! (He also mentioned that he wouldn’t mind being famous either – especially if it leads to free snacks). This two year old GSD is a 78lb, turbo-charged adrenaline junkie (and semi-pro fetch player) who is looking for an active family to take him running and hiking. If you’re a fan of shepherds, then Messi is your boy – he certainly has the intelligence and athleticism that make GSDs such popular dogs! We think Messi would do best in a home without cats (don’t let him fool you: Messi will say that he likes cats….but what he really means is that he likes to chase them). We also think Messi would do best in a dog-free home – he wants to be your #1 sidekick, and that means having you all to himself!
