Don’t let that mug fool you, Oscar is no grouch! Oscar can be a little shy as he’s still learning the ropes around here but he’s opening up more each day. Once he’s deemed you part of his inner circle, you’re going to be lucky enough to have a pal for life! He currently enjoys jerky treats, longs sniffs in the park and giving love to his buddies on the street! Oscar is just shy of 24 pounds, making him the ideal sidekick.
