This is a sweet, playful kitten who happens to have FeLV (feline leukemia virus). FeLV cats need to be kept indoors and should only live with other FeLV positive cats- so we highly recommend you adopt two of the kittens together! The life expectancy of a feline who has FeLV can be highly variable, though generally you can expect them to have a shorter than average lifespan. That doesn’t change the fact that they are lovable, affectionate, and amazing kitties who deserve to have wonderful lives! We’re giving them as much play and fun as we can muster here, but we know they’re longing for a home to run around in and a person or two to cuddle. If you’d like to know more about these kittens, please come to the shelter or give us a call at 707-542-0882.
