Looking to rehome my sweet kitty, Sasha. Unfortunately I am moving overseas and there are other factors preventing me from bringing her with me. She is such a special kitty, she was a rescue when I got her and very scared/skittish, would barely let anyone near her. In our time together, she has blossomed and come to enjoy affection from friends and family members, even strangers at time. There’s so much I could say about her – she really is not your typical cat, she is polite and respectful and somehow seems to understand English- if you ask her nicely not to do something or jump on something, she won’t. She seems dog-like in some ways, like how she runs to greet you every time you get home or wake up in the morning. She’s not really a fan of being picked up, but she loves affection, loves being pet and cared for, and will also come curl up on your lap if you let her. Sometimes, I would hug her on the ground as opposed to picking her up. Seems to work better haha!
She’s quite a talker too, in fact she has an astonishing array of little communications and sounds. My grandma has noted that sometimes she sounds like a bird. She is spayed and received all necessary shots/vaccinations from the shelter I adopted her from – Cat Town in Oakland. She is also microchipped, and I will pass all the info on to you upon adopting. She is around 6 years old, she’s very mellow and chill but she also gets into playful kitten mode and will go kooky over some string. She has been an indoor kitty but enjoys hanging around in the sun if you’ve got a balcony or patio. She may venture outside if you let her, but she is much more interested in being safe in the house, and has no tendencies or inclinations to run away. She’s been in great health in the time I’ve had her. She is a happy girl, a sweet soft little angel. She is special and I’m seeking someone who can cherish her as I have. She would likely do best in a calm space without other cats. But for awhile she’s lived in my room with a full house and a loud doggie outside, she’s fine with that, as long as she has her own little sanctuary. I feel I could go on so much more, but please feel free to call/text/email if you’d like to learn more about Sweet Sashie! Thanks for reading 🙂
