I am a property manager and one of my tenants left and left their cat behind. He is an adult male neutered cat. This is the third time that he has been abandoned and the other males have not been kind to him. I have been working with him in hopes of making him an indoor cat although he does stay inside at night. He is a very sweet cat and he doesn’t have a single bad habit. He uses the litter box (but prefers to go outside) and knows how to use the cat scratching post and he has discovered toys for the first time in his life and loves to play with them. I don’t know how old he is. The ideal home for him would be a quieter home with older kids or and adult only home. He needs to be the only cat in the home because he is fearful of other cats, but is dog friendly with mellow dogs.
